As a recent graduate of theUniversity of Michigan with a BA in History of Art and Middle Eastern Studies and a minor concentration in Business Administration, Janavi Goldblum is thrilled to be part of the dynamic team at Cader Adams.
In addition to conducting extensive academic research in both the business sphere and the humanities, Janavi’s professional experience includes social media marketing at one of the University of Michigan’s official news outlets, administrative work and gallery assistance at Christie’s auction house in New Yorkin the Post-War and Contemporary Art Department, as well as a museum education and programming development at Museum of Contemporary Art, Cleveland’s premier contemporary art museum.
Janavi’s background in art and its institutions has also opened up a path into the world of law, most notably by enabling her to study the intersection of law and business and the international art scene at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London.
Janavi has served as a senior member of the University of Michigan Museum of Art’s student council and a young alumni council member at her alma mater, Hathaway Brown School. Janavihas also worked with and volunteered for non-profits, such as the University of Michigan Hillel, Matriots Political Action Committee, and the Cleveland Food Bank.
